The impact of the use of artificial intelligence on risk management in projects: opportunities and challenges

Abstract

The article examines the importance and necessity of using artificial intelligence in management. Effective project management always determines the success of any project, and errors in administrative decisions can be important, especially in the early stages of creation, development or planning. Individual projects are, in most cases, unique events that are very difficult to standardize, but these are processes that largely encompass management. Features of special software elements that ensure effective use of digital project management tools. A new project management model is emerging, based on the mandatory use of artificial intelligence-based software to automate management activities, based on the traditional project management approach. It was found that in modern conditions, artificial intelligence is a promising technology that can effectively influence the processes of management, decision-making and communication with the public. In addition to promising features, the use of artificial intelligence is also characterized by great risks. The concept of "artificial intelligence" in the context of management is defined, and its importance for modern society is noted. In management, artificial intelligence in public administration is characterized by such features as automation and optimization of processes, improvement of the decision-making process based on the analysis of large volumes of data. The main results of the study include examples of successful implementation of artificial intelligence in the field of project management. Artificial intelligence is a useful tool for automating daily operations, data analysis and forecasting, policy analysis, improving citizen services, resource planning, decision support and many other aspects of management.
