Abstract

The authors of the article offer a comprehensive view of the important procedures and methods of implementing the DevOps methodology in the modern IT sphere. In particular, the article considers the main principles of DevOps, their role in accelerating the software development cycle and ensuring the continuous delivery of new versions of high-quality software products. It is emphasized that the introduction of the DevOps methodology not only simplifies the integration and deployment procedures, but also creates conditions for continuous optimization of processes, detection and management of risks. Researchers emphasize the importance of implementing the principles of continuous monitoring, analysis and optimization of processes that can be achieved thanks to the application of DevOps.The article pays special attention to the practical application of these methods in real projects and their impact on improving the quality and speed of software deployment. It is noted that thanks to DevOps, companies can achieve a significant increase in efficiency and competitiveness, as well as ensure high quality of their products in a demanding market environment. The article emphasizes the importance of training qualified personnel and conducting a SWOT analysis before implementing the DevOps methodology. The need for appropriate training and education of personnel to understand and effectively implement this methodology is highlighted, as well as the importance of having specialists with relevant skills and experience in the team. The importance of conducting a SWOT analysis for an objective assessment of the company's strengths and weaknesses, as well as identifying opportunities and threats associated with the implementation of the DevOps methodology, is considered. It helps in developing an implementation strategy, identifying potential risks and finding ways to avoid them or reduce the impact on the processes of development and management of IT projects
