Abstract

The processes of player interaction with non-player characters (NPCs) in computer games are considered. Methods and algorithms for creating language models for games based on question and answer (Q&A) technologies are investigated. The goal is to increase the efficiency of language models for intelligent systems in video games. The study includes an analysis of three aspects in the field of video games: the use of artificial intelligence, the role of nonplayer characters (NPCs), and the development and software implementation of an intelligent system for computer games based on Q&A technologies. The article describes the process of software implementation of an intelligent system for games, in particular, the tools used and the system architecture. Creating such systems requires deep knowledge of programming, AI, and a creative approach to game mechanics.
