Analysis of trends in the formation and functioning of distributed teams
Abstract
It is examined the relevance of distributed teams in today's environment and technologically advanced world, especially in changing conditions such as military conflicts or pandemics. The study focuses on the analysis of the peculiarities of the creation and functioning of distributed teams in IT projects, with an emphasis on the challenges and opportunities that arise for Ukrainian companies. The authors aim to examine the role and impact of information technology platforms on the effectiveness of such teams, as well as to assess the impact of geographical, time and functional distribution on productivity. The paper includes an analysis of theoretical foundations, management practices, modern information tools and methods of work of distributed teams. Choosing the optimal organizational structure and project management tools is key to the effective work of distributed teams.
