Digital sustainability: assessment of the role of information technologies in ensuring the continuity of specialist training in crisis conditions
Abstract
The study analyzed the impact of digital sustainability on the quality and effectiveness of specialist training. Specific technological problems faced by students of higher education during crisis conditions are highlighted, and effective solutions are proposed, taking into account accessibility and technological support for various learning needs. Successful digital resilience strategies have been found to involve proactive adoption of adaptive technologies, contingency planning, and the development of flexible learning models to respond to unexpected challenges. The experience of students regarding the role of information technologies in distance learning in crisis conditions was studied, taking into account their personal goals, preferences and expectations. A comparative analysis of the effectiveness of various information technologies, which are used to train specialists in crisis conditions, was conducted, assessing their ease of use and adaptability to various educational environments. Strategies used by educational institutions to build digital resilience are explored, emphasizing the importance of institutional policies, faculty professional development, and infrastructure investments.
